Freecell X for Mac, free and safe download. Freecell X latest version: 100.000 variations of the solitaire game. OSX FreeCell is a very addictive solitaire card game. It differs from other solitaire card games in that winning other solitaire card games depends mostly on luck, with FreeCell, winning depends mostly on SKILL. Just about every FreeCell game is potentially winnable. It just may take some studying and thinking to figure out how. OSX FreeCell is programmed to give you 100,000 unique games to play, a lifetime of games. Each one is uniquely numbered which means you can play the same game over and over until you are able to win it. (Or not win it, if it turns out to be impossible. ) OSX FreeCell keeps track of details about each game played. Moves, Time, Wins, Loses, percent won, current and best win and loss streaks are all tracked and recorded. By Anonymous The Freeceller's Freecell. Just the best graphics, usability and the buttons to bring out individual cards (looking for all the 9s? Just hit the 9 button!). The game is no longer available for download from the Donsgames website. Dear old Don left us early in 2009 or late 2008 - it seems his executors are not putting up his code to another developer. OSX Freecell runs on Tiger but the Donsgames website (the one page which is left) says it does not run on Snow Leopard but doesn't mention Leopard. Of the several I have looked at just now, OS X Freecell is head and shoulders above the others in clarity of graphics and just ease of playing - not that the games are easy! Perhaps someone will take up Don's code and keep developing for later incarnations of the Mac OS. Pros: Clarity of graphics, generally easy on the eye and easy to see onscreen. It just works! Cons: No longer being developed. Reviewed on November 5, 2009 • •.
